Rapid Drill & Blast Ring Design

GeoMine QuickRing(QuickRing), is a rapid drill & blast ring designer for underground mining. This fast and easy-to-use 3D ring designer makes creating ring designs a breeze: an entire ring design consisting of multiple blast rings can be created for a stope with just a few mouse clicks. Each created ring not only has an equal toe spacing,  but also has a well-formed 3D ring mesh that allows precise volume and tonnage calculation.

QuickRing relieves the blast designer from the chores of creating proper ring designs for multiple stopes. With QuickRing, the designer can afford to spend time on creating alternative designs other than  focusing on just one specific design.

QuickRing also includes a Slot Pattern editor allowing the blast engineer to create winzes with just a few mouse clicks.

Creates ring designs with an equal toe spacing from stope shapes, voids and tunnels. Input to the module can be minable shapes created by our GeoMine Stopemizer/MSO,  or meshes imported from DWG/DXF files or point clouds from .las, .laz or CSV files.
