3D Stope Optimiser

GeoMine Stopemizer is a stope optimization software for underground mine planning. Given a block model and a set of engineering and economic parameters, Stopemizer creates an optimal stoping boundary and then mineable shapes. For thin or tabular deposits, Stopemizer can make use of additional dynamic anisotropic paths (polylines or surfaces) to create the minable shapes that more accurately follow the orebody orientation and hence minimize dilutions. Further more, for existing stoping mines, Stopemizer can determine the shortest distance between a newly designed stope and the existing excavations. Furthermore, Stopemizer also includes a powerful Stope Design Reconciliation tool.

Stopemizer is applicable to underground mines using any of available stoping methods. If your mining method requires block caving or sub-level caving, please check out our Cavemizer module instead.

Additional Requirements: A mid-class video card with a good OpenGL driver, e.g., ATI Radeon 5650 HD or higher. We do NOT recommend NVdia gaming video cards, especially GeForce 400 to 500 series, as they are known to have severely sub-standard OpenGL drivers.
