ThreeDify GeoMine and CloudMesher Are Reviewed by International Mining Magazine

October 6, 2016 – Ottawa: Editor John Chadwick reviewed current Drones application of Drones or UAVs in the mining industry in the article on Flights of Wonder in the October Edition of International Mining (IM) Magazine.

With ever increasing needs to improve safety and maximise operational efficiency in underground mines, new drone technology is there to replace labour-intensive methods of surveying, inspection and mapping. ThreeDify CloudMeser is engineered to process large point clouds from 3D scanners or drones. With CloudMesher, the point clouds can be further processed to create actionable meshes for downstream mine design and reconciliation to minimise under-break, over-break, and volume variance.
